This telephoto lens is made from premium optical glass with multicoating for sharper, more distant shots when shooting still or video content. This 2x teleconverter lens doubles the optical magnification of your smartphone's telephoto lens, with a minimum focusing distance of 16.4'. It installs easily on any T-mount-enabled device.
For dynamic macro photography with a shallow depth of field and minimal distortion, simply attach the included macro lenses to the front of the telephoto lens. One macro lens reduces the minimum focus distance to 15.7", and stacking both macro lenses reduces the minimum focus distance to 7.9" for breathtaking macro images.
- Designed for use with telephoto lenses, set to the 5x telephoto or 4x/8x telephoto setting for optimal performance with the teleconverter.
- This lens kit is not compatible with main or ultra-wide camera modes.
- Use of third-party camera apps like Lightroom, Blackmagic, ProCam, Indigo, or Fotorgear that allow manual activation and locking of the telephoto lens is recommended.
- When using the 2x telephoto lens the minimum available focus is approximately 16.4'. If the subject is closer than 16.4' the smartphone's main camera may automatically engage instead, resulting in heavy vignetting in the frame.
- Align the lens precisely with the phone's camera to avoid vignetting. Depending on the individual smartphone's telephoto magnification, slight digital zoom may be required to eliminate any remaining vignetting.
- If using lens without the included clip, apply the provided ultra-wide lens sticker to prevents the ultra-wide camera from activating, which may cause severe vignetting in the frame
- The macro lens must be stacked in front of the teleconverter and cannot be used independently.
- The macro lens must be used with third-party camera apps.
- When using the iPhone's native camera app, ensure Macro Mode is turned off.
