Ok with caveat on Faxing

It’s working fine for printing. Faxing is a nightmare. HP has hidden the fax setting in the HP Smart App which must be accessed from the computer. It’s no longer on the printer screen.

Impressive, with minor issues

The HP 9135e is a capable and impressive unit. So far, the printing has been flawless (text, photos, envelopes) both in terms of speed and print quality. I've used it for flat-bed scanning, single-pass two-sided ADF scanning, and ADF copying. Everything has worked perfectly. I have not tried ADF for multiple-page scanning or copying yet, so I don't know. My only complaint is loss of WiFi connectivity after the 9135e has been idle for a long time (a day). This is annoying and it's a known issue, apparently. I can live with it. It seems like an issue that could be addressed. If this is something that would infuriate you, don't get this unit. Everything else (so far) is better than I expected. Setup could be smoother. It's a little awkward, but it works. But core functionality is excellent.
