Designed to meet the demanding workflow of high-resolution video editing, the TerraMaster D1 SSD PRO 1-Bay M.2 USB4 V2 Enclosure is ideal for video editors and professionals that need a direct-edit external drive for real-time editing with no proxies. Equipped with a single NVMe M.2 2280 SSD slot, the D1 SSD PRO supports up to 8TB in a compact and portable form factor. Depending on your choice of SSD, read and write speeds can reach up to 7060 and 6816 MB/s, respectively, which is fast enough for 8K raw and 4K video in slow motion as well as ProRes and other demanding codecs, plus high-resolution photos in both raw and compressed formats.

The D1 SSD PRO features an 80 Gb/s USB4 port that is compatible with Thunderbolt 5, making it easy it use with Macs, PCs, and even compatible mobile devices. A fanless passive cooling design and aluminum alloy chassis provides efficient heat dissipation and stable temperatures to preserve performance and lifespan.

Note that no M.2 drive is included with this enclosure. You have to supply a separately purchased drive.

TPC Backupper Windows PC
Make scheduled backups of your data with the user-friendly TPC Backupper software. After connecting your device to your computer and installing the client, you can set up tasks to back up folders and disk partitions from your compatible Windows PC to TerraMaster USB devices or NAS storage servers. Compatible with Windows 8, 8.1, 10, and 11 systems, this software supports incremental and differential backup strategies, providing reliable protection to your data.
TDAS Mobile App
The free TerraMaster TDAS mobile app allows easy backup and management of photos, videos, and other data on mobile devices via a USB connection. The TDAS app is fully compatible with iOS 15.6 or later, and Android 11 or later.
