Designed for police and public safety professionals in search and rescue or pursuit, the FLIR Scout Pro II Thermal Imaging Monocular can detect a heat signature more than half a mile away with an 18° field of view for a detailed look at distant subjects. It shows imagery on a 1024 x 768 display and can view, record, or stream images and videos of thermal signatures captured through fog, smoke, and foliage, day or night.
The Scout Pro is built around a 640 x 480 VOx uncooled microbolometer with a smooth 30 Hz refresh rate. It runs for up to six hours on a fresh charge of its built-in li-ion battery, is IP67-rated waterproof, and 6.6' impact resistant.
