It arrived (very) late, and B&H did not apply the discount code provided through Out of Chicago — very disappointing!! The product quality is cheap, the wire connection is not going to last very long — comparable astronomy dew heater are better quality .. and fulfill the same purpose. Would not have ordered w/o the promised discount, and definitely won’t recommend.

does it need to always be connected to a power supply, or is it chargeable or both?

The Haida V2 Anti-Fog Belt does not have a battery so it must always be connected to power.
