Another Great Paper from Hahnemuhle

I use Hahnemuhle Papers along with a Canon Pixma Pro-100 dye inkjet printer for almost all of my prints. They make a great combination together. This latest addition of their papers, the Photo Gloss Baryta X, is no different. It is a nice paper if you're looking for something with a little sheen but not overly glossy. Although this paper is smooth, like the Photo Rag Baryta it has a little texture to it. There is a slight glare but not as much as their Photo Gloss paper and a little less than their Photo Rag Baryta. This paper is a nice go between the Photo Rag Baryta and the Photo Gloss. The colors are rich, deep and slightly saturated. With the colors being rich and deep it renders the print more layered than just a 2D image. It appears that you're looking into it more than at it. I like using it for my still life images as it makes everything stand out. If you're looking for something new this is an excellent paper to try out.
