Difficult to start up

My use is not conventional, but not unusual for this type of gear. I recently learned about Auracast Bluetooth transmission. Multiple recievers on the same channel. Interesting tech in a multicam studio environment. Then with more understanding comes the real cost, all of my headphones, including a Sennheiser Momentum 4 headset are not compatable. Oh well, I found Auracast recievers on Amazon for resonable costs. Thats a good thing, all the studio headphones can connect to the new transmitter. Then comes the 2 hour journey learning just how to do this. I use a Gigcaster 8 mixer to control multiple mics and mix down to the cameras so I can sync multiple cameras via sound. The Gigcaster has 4 3.5mm headphone ports so its easy to connect the transmitter and were on our way. However the BTA1 manual says the blue light must go constant to connect to recievers. But it will not stop blinking. After checking all the setup options on the Gigcaster and getting them all in line with Sennheiser recomendations. You will need to download the Sennheiser manual and engage the AI chat to get the setting recommendations. The light is still blinking and the recievers are not pairing. So after checking the outputs with direct headphone connections and playing effects to make certain a signal was coming out, the light is still blinking. Then I notice that it goes solid when something is playing. The final solution, plays something and when the light goes solid get the reciever pairing. Tada, pairing accomplished and pairing remains when the blue light starts blinking again. Was this documented anywhere? Nope. All is now good, I have used Sennheiser audio gear for many years. It is exceptional. Three stars for this not being covered in any documentation and the hours wasted discovering this trick.
