Designed for use with WISYCOM MCR54 wireless receiver, the BCA54 is a single-slot wireless module sporting an internal compartment for a RCC2040-type lithium battery, allowing for untethered usage of the MCR54 without the need for a power supply. With up to 11 hours of operation with a battery (sold separately), this module enhances MCR54 deployment in the field.
The 4-channel BCA54 module supports both battery operation and the usage of a 6 to 18 VDC power supply via a rugged Hirose 4-pin connector when stationary deployment is preferred. The module can mount directly to the MCR54 via dedicated screw holes. The module features versatile connectivity via a pair of 2-channel mini-XLR 5-pin audio connectors—one analog and the other supporting digital AES3 signals. Operation is easy thanks to the dedicated LCD screen. The unit includes a 3.5mm headphone output. The rugged metal frame is designed for field operations and offers an optimized heat sink.
