The Canon RF 14mm f/1.4 L VCM Lens (Canon RF) has a few ways to control the aperture. If you want the feel of each aperture, you need to program the Custom Control Ring to control the aperture. The control ring has clicks. The aperture ring is always smooth.

Will this be a good lens for photographing fireworks?
Asked by: Steven
Yes, the Canon RF 14mm f/1.4 L VCM Lens (Canon RF), BH #CA1414LRF, would be a good choice for a wide-angle prime lens for fireworks. You may also like a zoom wide-angle lens to give you more range, such as the Canon RF 15-35mm f/2.8 L IS USM Lens (Canon RF), BH #CA1535RF. https://bhpho.to/4qjpJTm
