I'm looking for a dumb tv, and they really don't make those anymore. So does this tv require an account, or must it be connected to the internet? Can I set it to HDMI1, and each time I turn it on, will it go to HDMI1? I don't want a tv asking for setup each time I turn it on, or have it go to a menu of apps where I need to select the HDMI1 input. How close does this come to a dumb tv?
The Samsung M70H 75" 4K HDR Smart Mini-LED TV can be configured so that when the TV is turned on it automatically displays HDMI Input 1. You will need to disable the "autorun samsung TV plus" setting, located in the "Advanced Settings" menu.
