It delivers sequential read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 13,200 MB/s, making it ideal for expansive game libraries and large digital assets. Users will also have access to drive security via TCG Opal 2.02 encryption, while a TBW (Total Bytes Written) rating of 4800TB and an MTTF (Mean Time to Failure) rating of 1.75 million hours help ensure a long operational life. The SanDisk Dashboard software (Windows only) lets users update the drive and fine-tune its performance, while Acronis True Image software lets you migrate your old drive to this new one. Additionally, the integrated heatsink helps to maintain cool temperatures, even during intense workloads.

The SanDisk 8TB Optimus GX PRO 8100 NVMe PCIe 5.0 M.2 Internal SSD with Heatsink, BH #SASP82800TAH, cannot fit in the TerraMaster D1 SSD PRO 1-Bay M.2 USB4 V2 Enclosure, BH #TED1SSDPRO, https://bit.ly/3Sutx92. However, there is no need for the heatsink, as the whole enclosure acts as a heatsink due to its unique design.
