3-Way Speakers Design
SoundSticks 5 consists of a pair of clear stick-shaped speakers, each outfitted with three 1.5" midrange drivers and one 1" silk dome tweeter. Then there's the clear, domed, down-firing subwoofer, with a 5.25" woofer and integrated multicolor light show. Together the 3-way speaker system provides 190W of power, along with music that will enjoy deep bass, clear vocals, and distinct instrument separation.
Multiple Audio Sources
You have three options when it comes to playing music and other audio through the SoundSticks 5 speaker system.
- Bluetooth: Stream your favorite playlists and streaming apps from across through room via your mobile phone or tablet. SoundSticks 5 supports simultaneous pairing of up to two Bluetooth devices.
- HDMI ARC: Connect to your TV via an optional HDMI cable to listen to shows, movies, games, and streaming apps. This connection also supports Dolby Audio.
- USB-C: Plug in an optional USB-C flash drive to playback your digital MP3 library.
Auracast Compatible
By supporting Auracast technology, the SoundSticks 5 can be paired with other Harman Kardon Auracast-compatible speakers. As a whole, this speaker array can be broadcast to from a single Bluetooth source, making it easier to setup audio for large parties.
Harman Kardon One
You can manage the SoundSticks 5 through integrated touch controls on the base of the right speaker, or you can manage them wirelessly with the Harman Kardon One mobile app. The app allows you to personalize your audio, select custom EQs, manage the light show, and install software updates.
