Digigram VB2436A0101 Overview

Enjoy versatile integration with a variety of AoIP environments in broadcast, live, and commercial applications with the Digigram ALP-AES67, a PCIe sound card offering up to 64x64 audio interfacing via AES67, Ravenna, and SMPTE ST-2110 protocols. ALP-AES67 offers sampling rates up to 192 kHz and easy management via network-based GUI (ALP-X Manager).

The ALP-AES67 provides 2 or 4 ports with switching or redundant ports modes and ST 2022-7 mode. The included expansion board comes in its own low-profile bracket and users can either use both main and expansion boards with their own low-profile brackets or combine both in a single standard-height bracket, enabling up to four Ethernet ports to be positioned in close proximity for easy configuration. ALP-AES67 supports Windows and Linux computers only.

Included Brackets
The ALP-AES67 includes both the main sound card and an expansion card with two Ethernet ports, both equipped with low-profile brackets. The expansion card can be linked to the main board via a flat ribbon cable. Users have the option of using the main and expansion cards in their own low-profile brackets or using the included standard-height bracket to fit both cards in the same bracket.
Robust AoIP Support
Built on the same reliable, robust, and stable architecture as all ALP cards, ALP-AES67 guarantees sub-millisecond round-trip latency and seamlessly integrates with AoIP networks. Used with ALP-X Manager, Digigram's unified control panel for the whole ALP range, ALP-AES67 works wonders with applications where critical audio is paramount, such as in broadcast, live shows, public safety, medical, and transportation applications.
Channels per Sampling Rate
This sound card offers different available I/O channel counts depending on the sampling rate you are using. This includes:

  • 64 playback and 64 recording channels at 44.1 or 48 kHz
  • 32 playback and 32 recording channels at 88.2 and 96 kHz
  • 16 playback and 16 recording channels at 176.4 and 192 kHz
  • Simultaneous recording and playback in 8-, 16-, and 24-bit PCM
