Creative Labs X6 Overview

Upgrade your default motherboard audio with the Sound BlasterX G6 Sound Card from Creative Labs. Featuring virtual 7.1-channel surround with up to 13 dB audio clarity and high-resolution 32-bit, 384 kHz playback, this USB gaming DAC and headphone amplifier provides detailed audio and advanced sound enhancements for gaming.

Connect this DAC to your PC via the included micro-USB to USB-A cable, and plug in your headphones or speaker to the 3.5mm TRS headphone audio port to begin using it. If connecting to a console, power the DAC with a separate USB power adapter or via USB bus power with a compatible console, then connect audio using the Line/Optical 3.5mm TOSLINK ports. Adjust volume with the audio knob and switch between processing profiles and modes with the buttons located on the side.

GameVoice Mix
PlayStation users can utilize GameVoice Mix, which balances game audio and chat volume directly on the G6 via the volume control knob. After a one-time setup, this feature will always be ready whenever you need it.

Note: GameVoice Mix is available on PS4, PS4 Pro, PS4 Slim, and PS5 only via optical cable connection.

Scout Mode
Scout Mode helps to make subtle sounds in games more pronounced, such as reloads and footsteps, with expertly tuned equalizer settings.
Sound Blaster Command Software
The new updated software offers further enhancements for the Sound BlasterX G6, such as 7.1 surround sound, improved dynamic range, and boosted bass.
Noise Reduction
Activate Noise Reduction by double pressing the volume knob to toggle. This feature ensures clear communication so your team can hear you better, without outside noises disrupting your mic input.
Xamp Discrete Headphone Bi-Amp
The custom-designed Xamp discrete headphone bi-amp amplifies both audio channels individually, giving more detailed audio on highs, mids, and bass. The ultra-low 1 ohm impedance drives performance-grade sensitive 16 ohm in-ear monitors all the way to studio-grade 600 ohm headphones.
