Create posters, banners, and more with the imagePROGRAF TM-250 24" Large-Format Printer from Canon. Able to handle media up to 24" wide and providing a maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi, users can create high-quality documents and graphics with sharp text at large-format sizes. Ideal for technical documents, CAD drawings, GIS maps, posters, signs, and displays, the TM-250 utilizes UV and water-resistant inks to add a level of protection that can withstand many outdoor conditions, making the printer well-suited for creating and taking building plans onto construction sites. The printer is also equipped with newly formulated magenta ink, allowing the printer to achieve excellent red color development. The TM-250 also produces highly visible posters, making it possible to create attention-grabbing retail signs and engaging office displays. For operating the printer, a tiltable touchscreen is featured, and the printer has wired and wireless networking via Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity. A USB 2.0 connection is also provided for a simple connection to a computer.

This imagePROGRAF TM-250 has been built for more efficiency and comfort compared to previous models with its new flat-body design, full frontal operation, and new 3.5" adjustable user interface screen. The user interface screen displays the ink levels and sub-ink tank levels, media indicator levels, and other setting prompts all on the home screen.
Featuring a 5-color ink set with a newly-formulated magenta cartridge, this UV and water-resistant ink is formulated to produce fine lines and sharp text. Combine these inks with water-resistant media and you have printed documents that can withstand many outdoor conditions, especially outdoor job sites such as construction sites. Additionally, this makes the printer well-suited for creating outdoor poster displays and store signs.
With Wi-Fi connectivity you can transfer technical drawing files and speed up workflow. No Wi-Fi router is needed providing greater freedom during installation.
The high density 6-channel PF-06 printhead has a maximum resolution of 2400 x 1200 dpi and is designed for fast printing with minimal mist spray. With a total of 15,360 nozzles laying down 5 picoliter size ink droplets the printer is able to produce clean lines and text which produce sharp detail and excellent image quality.
The ability to calibrate your printer for consistent color quality is now available with the imagePROGRAF TM-250. This helps ensure your output is color consistent over time and across multiple TM-series devices.
Free Layout Plus lets you nest, tile, and create custom layouts before printing your files with this print utility. Use the plug-in feature to print directly from Microsoft Office programs.
Direct Print Plus lets you batch print files and monitor the status of more than one imagePROGRAF Series printer. Additional features allow you to easily produce collated sets, drag and drop PDF files, and nest images.
Poster Artist (online and lite versions) is an easy-to-use, cost-free, template-driven poster creation software that lets you create professional posters, banners, flyers, and more in just four easy steps.

Yes, we definitely had issues doing the warranty the way the written instructions explain to do it, but once we called Canon the representative was able to submit the warranty and now we are covered. The printer is awesome! Has a definite learning curve, but awesome nonetheless. The only suggestion I have is for the company not to include written warranty instructions that do not work. Just provide the phone number and save customers a lot of stress. Thanks!

The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-250 24" Large-Format Printer, B&H # CAIPGTM250P, can be used without the stand; keep in mind that without the stand and its built-in stackable basket, you will need an alternative to catch the prints when they come out.

The Canon imagePROGRAF TM-250 24" Large-Format Printer has a 1-year warranty, and yes, the Canon eCarePAKs would be an extension to the standard warranty.
