I have one good eye and a monocular is my need. The difference between stabilized products and my good binoculars that aren't is significant. Good magnification and easily fits in a pocket. The camera 'mount' for your phone is fiddly. It works well but is best used on a bare cased phone. I can use it with my Otterbox case but it means using my 5X setting on my phone camera and the magnet is much weaker. The mount is designed to have your phone lens very close to the monocular. Well worth it!
