Built for use with choirs, orchestras, ensembles, and other room applications, the Galaxy Audio CBM-324D 57" Dual Carbon Boom Installation Condenser Microphone makes it very easy to record a variety of use cases. Seated on two 57" carbon boom arms, each CBM-3 electret condenser microphone includes three interchangeable elements—omni, cardioid, and supercardioid—for capturing audio in various pickup patterns. The wide frequency response from 15 Hz to 18 kHz means you'll be able to accurately capture instruments with pinpoint detail.
Since two CBM-3 microphones are included, two carbon boom arms are onto an included T-bar for capturing stereo audio sources. Added flexibility in the form of a 2.5" gooseneck allows you to point the microphones exactly to where you want. The included 3-pin mini-XLR to XLR cables have a -10 dB pad and 80 Hz low-cut filter for ensuring your recordings are clean and transparent.
