Thought this would be a less expensive way to control our Cannon N300s other than the Cannon Controllers. 1st one was bricked out of the box. Would only cycle to logon, loop, repeat. Sent it back, no problem. The 2nd one booted ok, added cameras. BUT: Never displayed the Video and went trying to pan or tilt the camera only received the 1st command and never the second to stop, so camera runaway. Might have been able to figure it out with some tech help, but manufacturer support was only by email, and that was a non starter. Spent over 3 hours with AI to no avail. I believe this would be ok if using FoMaKo cameras, but with Cannon over VISCA-IP it was too clumsy. No problems with B&H just with the controller.

Will it work with SONY FR7?

Will it work with SONY FR7?
Asked by: Passion
The FoMaKo KC608N NDI PTZ Camera Controller with 4D Joystick would control the SONY FR7 PTZ camera using VISCA over IP or via NDI. This would allow control and a live view of the FR7 output on the FoMaKo KC608N's built-in display.
