The HDCE-500 SMPTE to Single-Mode Extension Adapter from Sony enables you to extend power and signal transmission for select cameras up to 1148' or 1.9 miles, depending on the model, using a single-mode optical fiber cable. This adapter also has a LEMO port for connecting to a CCU for multicamera setups.
