SanDisk Flair Reviews
overheats quickly
Do not try to copy a lot of data at once. I tried copying a bunch of data onto it and after about 1 minute copy speed dropped from about 120mps to 45mps then about 4 minutes later it dropped to about 20mps, then about 15 minutes after that it dropped to about 5mps then a few minutes after that it stopped after copying about 42GB of data. I waited for it to cool down but could not copy much more data. Drive claimed to have run out space. I reformatted the drive and restarted the process but copied data in small chunks (about 5-10 minutes) so I could let the drive cool down between copy steps.
My go-to for distributing videos
Sexy slim aluminum body won't get in the way of other devices since it's only the size of the port. Decent record speed, but real nice read speed. Main draw is that over the years, not one has come back. Reliability is key.
