This another means to attach a strap with QD connectors beside using the socket on a camera base plate or lens foot. They pair well with the 3 Legged Thing Axis strap.

What is the actual Load Capacity for each QD socke

What is the actual Load Capacity for each QD socket? The specs list "198 lb / 89.8 kg" which does not seem possible using a stainless steel collet embedded into low density nylon.
