ARRI ALEXA Mini LF Ready to Shoot Set (Gold Mount)

Built around a large-format 4K version of the original ALEXA sensor, the ARRI ALEXA Mini LF (LPL) camera in this Lens Mount Set offers native 4K recording in three sensor modes, with ARRIRAW or ProRes recording in LF Open Gate, LF 16:9, or LF 2.39:1 mode. The ALEXA LF combines large-format resolution with an optimal pixel size for excellent image quality producing vivid, nuanced images with natural skin tones and smooth bokeh. The ALEXA LF is designed with ARRI's LPL lens mount that has been optimized for large-format capture and is compatible with all PL-mount lenses with the use of a PL-to-LPL adapter. A wider diameter and shorter flange focal depth than the original ARRI PL mount enable LPL-mount lenses to be smaller and lighter than earlier large-format optics.

The ALEXA Mini LF is a hybrid of the ALEXA Mini and the ALEXA LF, as it retains the same LF sensor but the form factor of the Mini. The new exterior has a left-side media bay with two rows of connectors on the back and a slot to insert 1TB Codex media. It also features six user buttons, three more than the Mini, to configure to your preference. It also features extra 12 and 24V power outputs and a black burst/tri-level input. The audio connector is now 6-pin, so it doesn't conflict with the 5-pin timecode port.

The Mini LF offers an array of recording format choices in MXF ARRIRAW and MXF ProRes, recording to 1TB Codex capture drives. With a base sensitivity of EI 800, 16-bit processing, and a dynamic range of 14-plus stops, your footage is effectively future-proofed for compatibility with HDR displays. Frame rates up to 90 fps produce smooth slow motion and enable capture for higher-clarity HFR (High Frame Rate) projects.

An internal Large-Format Full-Spectrum Neutral Density (LF FSND) filter system features 0.6, 1.2, and 1.8 filters. Additional ALEXA Mini LF features include compatibility with existing ARRI Look files and workflow, clip playback in both MXF ARRIRAW or MXF ProRes, and 2-channel, 6-pin XLR audio input.

This Lens Mount Set includes the ALEXA Mini LF, the PL-to-LPL adapter, and the ARRI LPL lens mount so you can shoot with a variety of lenses on the ALEXA Mini LF.

Use the ARRI MVB-1 Viewfinder Mounting Bracket to mount the MVF-1 electronic viewfinder to an ALEXA Mini camera. This bracket provides adjustable positioning of the EVF via 15mm LWS rods and the viewfinder mount. The separately available MAP-2 adapter plate is required for 15mm rod support on the ALEXA Mini.

Use the Rod Mounting Bracket (RMB-3) from ARRI to support a single, standard 19mm rod for mounting a lens motor, lightweight EVF bracket, etc. to your camera or cage rig. When used with a separately available insert, the RMB-3 can be used to support a 15mm rod. A mounted rod is easily secured using the thumb lever on this screw-in bracket.

The ARRI 15mm Reduction Insert is used to adapt a 19mm rod bracket to accept standard 15mm rods. This insert works with any 19mm rod mount.

Expand your options for mounting HD camera accessories like monitors, transmitters, mic holders, French flags, etc., on your ARRI camera rig by using the ARRI CCH-2 Center Camera Handle. This sturdy carrying handle screws onto a UAP-2 adapter plate (available separately), and features multiple 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threaded holes for attaching accessories. Designed for use with ALEXA M, ALEXA Mini, and AMIRA cameras, it will also work with many ARRI accessory-equipped third-party cameras.

The MAP-2A Adapter Plate for ALEXA Mini from ARRI has been updated from earlier versions with an improved rod clamping mechanism. Designed to mount on either the bottom or top of the camera, this adapter enables you to flesh out your ALEXA Mini rig with 15mm LWS rod-mounted accessories (rods available separately).

Wing-style rod holder fasteners on the MAP-2A replace the lever fasteners found on earlier models making for quicker, easier builds and breakdowns. The MAP-2A adapter plate is compatible with studio bridge plates when used with the separately available BPA-4 adapter. Tape measure studs on both sides of the plate aid in measuring precise focus distances.

The Mini Side Bracket MSB-2 from ARRI is a cage-style component compatible with the ALEXA Mini and the right side of the ALEXA Mini LF. This bracket's single rod holder enables lens motor support for lightweight handheld or drone rigs lacking a baseplate rod bracket. The MSB-2 bracket offers native 19mm rod support and 15mm rod support using a separately available bushing.

The MSB-2 bracket incorporates several 1/4"-20 and anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for mounting accessories. An integrated rosette enables the mounting of a separately available handgrip or handle.

The Mini Side Bracket MSB-3 from ARRI is a cage-style component compatible with ALEXA Mini and Mini LF cameras. Designed to fit around the ALEX Mini LF's onboard recorder and its viewfinder connector, this left-side bracket is backwards compatible with, but not required for, the ALEXA Mini.

This bracket helps to protect the camera body while providing multiple 1/4"-20 and anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for mounting accessories. An integrated rosette enables the mounting of a separately available handgrip or handle.

The ARRI Rear Accessory Bracket RAB-1 is designed to mount accessories like battery plates or power-splitting boxes to the ALEXA Mini camera body. This curved bracket screws onto the camera providing a rib-like structure on which to attach a power solution. Use the RAB-1 bracket with the separately available RAB-1 Clamp to attach an ARRI Power Splitting Box, or a BAP-1 Battery Adapter Plate.

Designed for use with the ALEXA Mini LF camera, the ARRI RAB-1 Clamp 2 is an updated version of the earlier RAB-1 Clamp. The Clamp 2 mounts an ARRI battery plate or power-splitting box further on the left to accommodate the second row of connectors on the rear of the ALEXA Mini LF.

Part of a modular accessory support system, the Clamp 2 is used with the separately available RAB-1 Rear Accessory Bracket. This clamp features a locking mechanism for additional security.

Less is more when you're lugging your rig around, so opt for this 12" Bottom Dovetail Plate from ARRI with a weight-reducing cutout design for balancing your camera setup. This updated dovetail offers a medium travel range suitable for prime lenses, and it sports several features that distinguish it from earlier models.

Safety release buttons are located both at the front and back of the dovetail. The front release is especially helpful when using accessories like lens motors that may hang below the level of the baseplate, preventing an easy backward slide off the dovetail. Two removable stopper screws provide additional security when desired and can be parked on the plate when not in use.

Constructed of a robust aluminum alloy, this dovetail has built-in 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for mounting on a tripod or quick release plate.

Use the ALEXA Mini/AMIRA Straight Power Cable from ARRI to connect the camera to a battery with a 3-pin XLR connector.

Power and add multiple accessory ports to your camera rig using a Gold mount battery and the Power Splitting Box Mk II from ARRI.
