Built to integrate effortlessly with xTool's Apparel Printer, the OS1 Automatic Shaker Over enables a one-click, automated print-to-bake workflow. Once the design has been printed, the shaker automatically receives the sheet, applies powder, and bakes the film. The enclosed powder circulation system decreases direct contact, which increases its safety factor. A double-sided baking chamber allows for a smaller footprint to save you space.
SmartCycle Maintenance System
With full lifecycle automatic maintenance, this printer stays in optimal condition whenever it is plugged in. Utilizing usage data, internal humidity, and other real-time machine metrics, the system automatically activates maintenance, minimizing print head clogs and ensuring consistent, high-quality printing. To prevent ink sedimentation, white ink circulation and in-tank stirring are activated during printing and in hourly cycles while on standby, ensuring consistent ink flow.
