This Valoi Duster is compatible with the easy35 v2 system and is designed to reduce excess dust from 35mm or smaller films before scanning. The duster uses antistatic brushes and secures to the unit frame with a simple magnetic connection.

Any loose dust or small hair can be removed by the Duster, however you may still need to wipe your negatives with lint free pads and a few drops of emulsion cleaner before scanning to remove small stuck on particles. Initially the duster didn't want to attach to my Easy Scan 35 V2 unit properly because one of the tiny magnets inside (the V2 unit) was flipped backwards, reversing the polarity, and causing my duster to not sit properly. I removed the top of the Easy Scan V2 unit and flipped one of the tiny magnets and it solved the problem.
