Ideal for starting out in astronomy, this TourStar Pro 70 Maksutov AZ Telescope from Spectrum Optics will show you exciting details of the moon, the planets of the solar system, and brighter deep-space objects including the Orion Nebula and the Andromeda Galaxy. The scope has a manual, all-aluminum alt-azimuth mount with dual-axis control cables, so you can track objects as they move across the night sky. Its adjustable tripod provides a stable observation platform and several observational accessories are provided, including 6.5, 10, and 20mm eyepieces, a Barlow eyepiece that doubles magnification, and a 90° diagonal for comfortable viewing.
