Unlike traditional collapsible background kits, this kit comes with a rigid frame that breaks down to a compact size and fits into an included storage case, making it easier to store and transport. The reversible chroma key blue/green cover area makes it easy to light and isolate a subject so the background can be digitally modified in postproduction. This is a great way to switch out the background to match the mood or environment of a movie scene or for portrait and fashion photography.

The reversible black/white cover gives you the flexibility to take one background to a job rather than two. The bright white fabric provides a soft and diffuse reflection for great fill light when shooting portraits, fashion, or products. The black fabric absorbs light and deepens shadows for a more dramatic effect. The additional benefit of the black & white colors is that it allows you to quickly shoot the same portrait with two different backgrounds, giving your client more options to choose from.

The diffusion cover turns the frame into something comparable to a giant softbox. This cover quickly attaches to the corners of the kit frame. The one-stop diffusion appreciably softens the output, reducing contrast and creating a flattering quality of light. It produces a soft, wraparound effect and creates beautifully diffused studio lighting. It can also be used to filter direct sunlight to create a neutral soft white light, great for open area photography.
