Yamaha YHT-4970UBL Overview

Enjoy full surround sound for your home entertainment with the YHT-4970U 5.1-Channel Home Theater-in-a-Box System from Yamaha. This system comes complete, centered around the RX300A 5.2-channel network receiver, with five full-range speakers for left, right, center, and rear channels, as well as an 8" powered subwoofer for balanced, room-filling surround sound.

To connect to your modern TV or projector, four HDMI 2.1 inputs, along with an HDMI 2.1 output with eARC, provide up to 8K60 and 4K120 playback capability. This system also supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision passthrough, as well as gaming features like ALLM and VRR. A wide variety of audio devices can be connected via stereo RCA, Optical, and digital coax connections, or wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.3 with Multipoint. The integrated FM radio tuner includes up to 40 preset stations. Additionally, this system comes with built-in calibration software and a setup microphone to optimize the sound for your space.

Stream all your favorite music, podcasts, and audiobooks wirelessly with Bluetooth 5.3. Built-in Bluetooth Multipoint lets you pair two devices and instantly switch between them, perfect for use with your smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
Easy Setup

Select from a range of Sound Modes designed for different content, listening situations, and personal preferences. Pure Direct and Stereo modes are ideal for music purists, Movie mode delivers cinematic impact, and Night mode keeps sound balanced and unobtrusive after hours.
Instantly Set the Scene
Create up to four custom presets using the Scene buttons. Each Scene can be tailored to a specific input with the sound settings you desire, then recalled instantly from the front panel or remote to play your content exactly as you've set it.
