MINISFORUM MS-02 Overview

Designed for AI developers, creative professionals, and enthusiasts, the MS-02 Ultra Desktop Workstation from MINISFORUM packs immense power into a compact form factor. Inside is an Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX Series 2 processor with 32GB of DDR5-5200 memory and a 1TB M.2 SSD that allows you to smoothly load and multitask applications.

The MS-02 Ultra also provides high-speed connectivity with a 40 Gb/s compatible USB4 ports alongside two USB4 V2 ports that can transfer up to 80 Gb/s with compatible devices. Connect high resolution displays to the USB4 ports and the HDMI 2.1 port for a multi-monitor workflow. Four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports are available for up to 10 Gb/s devices. Dual 25 Gb/s SFP+ ports can transfer up to 3.1 GB/s with compatible fiber network devices. You can also connect to Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) networks or use the 10 Gb/s and 2.5 Gb/s RJ45 Ethernet ports for reliable wired links. You can pair the system with a separately purchased Bluetooth keyboard and mouse set. Windows 11 Pro is preinstalled.

Intel Performance
The Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX processor powers applications with eight Performance cores while the 16 Efficient cores handle background tasks. The P-cores have 2.8 GHz base speed and a 5.5 GHz Max Turbo Frequency. An integrated NPU, which can handle 13 trillion operations per second (TOPS), accelerates AI workloads. Integrated graphics provides clear visuals.
Upgrade Ready
Install up to 256GB of DDR5-4800 ECC memory across four SO-DIMM slots. The motherboard has two M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD slots, and there are two more located on the 25G network interface card, which is preinstalled into the PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. The PCIe 5.0 x16 slot allows you to install a powerful graphics card while a PCIe 4.0 x1 slot is available for compatible expansions.

Efficient Cooling Performance
Dedicated CPU and GPU airflow channels with six heat pipes and a dual-fan CPU cooler help to ensure optimal performance under heavy loads.

The Intel vPro platform delivers built-in features for performance, security, manageability, and stability. Get business-class performance and power productivity right out of the box. Intel vPro also provides hardware-enhanced security features with technologies to help protect against cyberthreats, plus platform stability. Additional features, such as remote management with Intel Active Management Technology, require activation and IT administration.
Windows 11 Pro
Microsoft simplified the design and user experience with Windows 11. It has a modern, clean design with a new Start Menu position. Snap Layouts, Snap Groups, and Virtual Desktops allow you to multitask with ease. Microsoft has also integrated some of its apps, such as Microsoft Teams. The redesigned Microsoft Store makes it easier to look for supported apps. The Pro version of Windows 11 includes all the features that Windows 11 Home offers plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access.
