With advanced AccelMatrix Naada physical modeling, each note is generated as a continuous acoustic event.

By pressing into the grid, you can shape attack dynamics and sustain. Sliding across the grid creates legato bass lines and can be used to hold multiple notes for chordal bass voicings. You can also engage fully polyphonic playing, supporting double stops and multi-note bass textures. Use GeoShred Studio's integrated FX rack for sweetening your performance with reverb, amp simulation, echo, and more. Naada Bass requires GeoShred Studio (sold separately) to function, which is available in AU, AU3, VST3, or standalone formats for macOS only.

The Foundation of the Mix
The electric bass is tuned to E, A, D, G, an octave below the guitar's lowest four strings. Its tone ranges from deep and warm to punchy and bright depending on playing technique and pickup position. In GeoShred Studio, the AccelMatrix model captures that sustained, solid character with continuous control over articulation and dynamics, while polyphonic capability adds chordal bass voicings and layered textures that extend well beyond traditional single-note bass lines.

Unlike conventional sampled libraries, Naada instruments are built using the AccelMatrix physical modeling engine, allowing real-time articulation, pitch movement, vibrato, breath response, slides, and nuanced performance gestures that respond naturally to touch and MPE control.

Naada Instruments are fully optimized for GeoShred's multidimensional surface, MPE controllers, wind controllers, breath controllers, and conventional MIDI keyboards, making them highly playable and performance-oriented rather than simply programmable.
Microtonal and Continuous Pitch Performance
Because the instruments are physically modeled and deeply integrated with GeoShred's pitch engine, Naada excels at authentic glides, bends, ornamentation, and microtonal phrasing essential to Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian musical traditions that are often difficult to achieve convincingly with sampled instruments.

GeoShred Control connects an iPhone or iPad via USB to serve as a dedicated multitouch performance surface alongside GeoShred Studio.
