Leica 24042 Reviews
An incomplete solution, but completely excellent
It does seem that any camera case claiming the title, "Protector," ought to provide full coverage of the device, against atmospheric and other damaging intrusions. But this is Leica, and we learn. The case is ingeniously contrived to interfere with none of the repeatedly used controls of the camera, while so luxuriantly and securely welcoming the operator's hands that the oft-praised "thumb support" and "soft" shutter trigger become superfluous, in view of the enhanced manual confidence imparted by the revised frame in fine leather. With the shoulder strap (not incl) in the identical hide and hue, guarding the camera body against scars from its attaching hardware, the lack of a red dot affords no secrecy. What else could this be.
