Sporting Volume, Tone, and Sustain fuzz controls, as well as a Gate for killing unwanted fuzz, this pedal offers comprehensive control for serious players.
With the Crossover footswitch, you can split your signal into a high-pass signal fed into the fuzz circuit and a low-pass filter signal fed only into the dry signal. This allows you to create a tone with clear fuzz in the highs and a tight, clean bottom end. A status LED now compliments the upgraded momentary/latching footswitch. A -10 dB input pad can be used to tame excessively hot active pickups or cranked pedals placed before the Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi 2 in your signal chain. Expanded I/O options include a balanced XLR DI output for reamping and a Direct Out for a buffered, clean output of your dry signal. The Deluxe Big Muff Pi 2 includes a power adapter.
The HPF and LPF knobs adjust the cutoff frequency of the high-pass and low-pass filters. This Crossover effectively lets you create a tone with a clear, trebly fuzz tone and huge, clean bass on the bottom.
