Designed for the 5' Octa softbox, this Profoto Mask Kit includes an edge mask and a round mask. Each mask attaches quickly to the softbox using hook-and-loop fasteners.
Edge Mask
The completely dark area in the center of the Edge Mask creates a contour light around your subject as well as an intriguing catch light. Place your softbox with this Edge Mask behind your subject to illuminate the edges while keeping the background black. The Edge Mask also eliminates hot spots.
Round Mask
The Round Mask creates round highlights on reflective objects, lends some directional control, and creates natural-looking catchlights in the eyes of portrait subjects.
