In addition to enhanced data rates, this LTO Ultrium 7 tape supports a native capacity of 6TB and compressed capacity of 15TB allowing users to store a large amount of data.
This tape uses barium ferrite (BaFe) technology, supports Write Once, Read Many (WORM) functionality, and features a customizable barcode label. It also utilizes NANOCUBIC technology for finer particle size and more uniform particle dispersion. The reel design helps enhance stability and decrease pressure that may lead to damage.
