I'm adding this 5-star review to correct/balance my previous 1-star review, but also to caution future purchasers: upon registering my warranty with CPS, the CPS dashboard and customer support indicated that neither Accidental Damage nor Commercial Usage was covered with this warranty. That's exactly why I had purchased this (and what B&H insisted should be the case), so it was alarming. In the end, B&H customer support connected me with an admin at CPS who confirmed this warranty DOES cover accidental damage and commercial use, and had their IT dept update the coverages as reflected in my client dashboard. I have no idea if this will happen to the next customer, so be advised and definitely check your coverages once you register the warranty!
