Despite its compact, smartphone-sized aluminum chassis, the H12MIDI Pro delivers an impressive MIDI infrastructure with six USB-C host ports, six TRS MIDI input/output ports, and a USB-C client connection for computer integration. The TRS MIDI ports are software configurable for either Type A or Type B, while USB host connectivity can be expanded with a standard USB hub for up to 16 USB MIDI input and output ports. Powered by a future-proof 32-bit processor and high-speed optocoupler, the interface provides near-zero latency with accurate transmission of all MIDI data, including clock, SysEx, MTC, and MPE messages.
Flexible Control for Hardware and Software
Whether used with hardware instruments or connected to a Mac, Windows PC, iOS, Android, Linux, or ChromeOS device, the H12MIDI Pro adapts to virtually any workflow. The USB-C client port provides eight virtual MIDI input and output ports with plug-and-play operation and no driver installation required. Free HxMIDI Tools software allows you to configure routing, filtering, MIDI mapping, remapping, TRS A/B switching, presets, and firmware updates across multiple operating systems, with every setting stored directly in the hardware. Add an optional CME WIDI Jack or WIDI Uhost to expand your setup with ultra-low-latency Bluetooth MIDI connectivity.
