Creality X1 3D Overview

Scan small and large-scale objects with high-precision results when you use the Creality Sermoon X1 Wireless 3D Scanner. The scanner can use NIR structured light, as well as single, 7-parallel, and 34-cross-line blue laser modes to achieve volumetric accuracies as low as 0.02mm + 0.04mm/m. When the integrated photogrammetry unit is used, accuracy can be increased to 0.02mm + 0.03mm/m. The Sermoon X1 scans with speeds up to 90 fps and can capture up to 1,734,000 points each second. Thanks to a working distance of 5.9 to 47.2" and a scan range of 0.19 to 157.5", this wireless scanner excels in industrial applications but can be used with a wide variety of objects and use cases.
Integrated Photogrammetry and Dual Scale Bars
Built-in photogrammetry increases the accuracy of your scans, and the scale bars allow the scanner to automatically correct dimensional accuracy during reconstruction with a volumetric accuracy of 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m. This makes the scanner ideal for applications like engineering, restoration, and inspection, where precision is paramount.
Hybrid Light Source System
Featuring 34 + 7 + 1 blue laser lines and NIR structured light scanning modes, the Sermoon X1 is adaptable to different materials and light sources. The single-line deep hole mode measures hard-to-reach areas, the 7 parallel-line fine mode is capable of swift detail capture for intricate objects, and the 34-line mode offers efficient scanning to quickly capture the geometry and dimensions of large parts. The NIR mode provides fast, marker-free scanning for large objects and the human body.
Larger Field Scan, Captured Faster
Powered by proprietary algorithm optimizations, this scanner delivers an expansive scanning field for capturing large workpieces in a single pass. As such, it requires fewer markers for a faster, smoother workflow. Line laser modes have a maximum FOV of 25.6 x 20.9", and the infrared light mode has a maximum FOV of 51.2 x 36.8". The minimum scan size is 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2" and the maximum scan size is 157.5 x 157.5 x 157.5", making it suitable for anything from small parts to large industrial pieces.
CNC One-Piece Construction
The X1 features a CNC-machined, all-metal unibody optoelectronic mount and lens holder, combining strength with a lightweight design. Its mechanical lock eliminates looseness or misalignment, while high-strength materials deliver excellent rigidity and vibration resistance.
Smart Stabilization for a Smoother Scan
Powered by an AI-driven temperature compensation algorithm and an efficient thermal management system, the Sermoon X1 maintains stable output even during prolonged sessions. Combined with the One-Shot 3D imaging technology, this enhances tracking stability, reduces frame drops, and stitching errors caused by shaking.
Unshackled Wireless Scanning
Thanks to advanced Wi-Fi 6 capabilities, the X1 delivers fast, cable-free scanning with a low 10 millisecond latency and a transmission rate of 4.7 Gb/s. The scanning bridge is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that can last up to four hours. These features allow the scanner to easily adapt to diverse measurement environments, giving you the freedom to scan anywhere with ease.
Full-Color Texture Scanning
Equipped with a high-performance Qualcomm ISP chip and a full-color RGB camera with 12 dual-color LED texture fill lights, the Sermoon P1 delivers rich, realistic textures. The processor uses advanced color mapping algorithms to ensure accurate and vivid color reproduction.
Powerful and User-Friendly Software
CrealityScan 4.0 is a professional 3D scanning software that combines user-friendly design with powerful image and point cloud processing. With step-by-step tutorials, one-click model processing, and intuitive editing tools, it helps make scanning easier. It is available on Windows and macOS. Scan data can be easily imported into software such as QuickSurface and Geomagic Design X.
