Ours did. And we bought this kit on 2 separate occasions. Reach out to customer service. Was the box damaged where the bags holding those items could have fallen out? Good luck!

If you wish to use the system along one wall, what is the maximum width you can achieve? Is it still 36' or must you have curved track for that length of track?
The Delta 1 Muslin Mover Three-Wall 36' System is designed for use on three walls. As indicated under the "In The Box" section under the Overview tab on our website, the above kit would include two (2) curved track sections (2- 5 ft 90° Track Sections (44253)) which would be a total of 10 feet, and 28 feet of straight track sections (4- 6 ft Straight Track Sections (44252) and 1- 4 ft Straight Track Sections (44251)).

Can I layer this so there are 3 backdrops on their own track? I'd like to easily switch between backdrops in a small space by just pushing the front backdrop to the side, revealing the backdrop behind it.
You will need 3 rails installed one in front the other. Make them one or two feet wider than the muslim width, So they move move completely out of the way.

How many tack carriers and clips are in the box? The product description states one per foot of track. However the in the box list states one package. The packages listed on the website only have 15 carriers in them.
The Delta 1 Muslin Mover Three-Wall 36' System does come with a clip and carrier for every foot of rail. So it comes with 36 clips and carriers.

The set is 15 clips. Depending on how you space them that is one background.

Do these need to be flush-mounted to a ceiling? I need to somehow suspend the tracks a couple feet below some exposed rafters/ductwork. I can figure out a way to rig that, but I want to make sure these tracks are rigid enough to work properly when suspended. I fear if they aren't stiff enough, they will flex, and the carriers will bind in the tracks. Any thoughts?
The joints are where you will have the issue by suspending the system. Each section is pretty rigid, but the joints are not. A recommendation would be to flush mount the system at the joint using a length of 2x4, the only concern with that is you will adding weight to the tracks..... Flush mounting is best.

we have a 16' high warehouse ceiling. Will these ...
we have a 16' high warehouse ceiling. Will these tracks support 36' x 15' tall, and will they slide if we grab them from the ground...will they bind up cuz pulling from too low? (everyone here seems to be commenting for 8' or 10' tall, T-Bar Ceilings) Anyone do taller with thesse?... added weight consideration as well as binding due to height from pulll point stand on floor.
