This system is driven by an Intel Core 5 320 6-Core processor with a 16 TOPS NPU, 16GB of 8533 MHz LPDDR5x memory, and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD with an M.2 2280 form factor. Its 16" 1920 x 1200 anti-glare IPS panel is driven by integrated Intel Graphics and has a 16:10 aspect ratio, 300 nits of brightness, and covers 62.5% of the sRGB color gamut.

Network connectivity may be achieved using Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) or a Gigabit Ethernet port, while Bluetooth 5.3 lets users connect wireless peripherals. Other integrated features include a 1080p webcam, dual 2W speakers, and dual-array mics. The ProBook 4 G2i AI also includes two 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 ports that support Power Delivery and DisplayPort 2.1, two powered 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone/mic combo jack. Included is a 65W USB-C GaN power adapter and the installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro.
