The Warmer R2R Desktop DAC and Tube Amp (Black) from FiiO is designed to provide a warm, vintage-style tube sound in a compact, desktop DAC. The needle-style VU meter and nostalgic physical design was inspired by Hong Kong band, The Wynners, and four E88CC tubes give the listener true tube warmth on every listen.
Featuring an array of available connections for users of all kinds of devices, inputs are digital RCA coax/TOSLINK, while analog outputs are stereo RCA and XLR. Phones, computers, legacy audio devices, and more can all be connected and switched seamlessly via physical knob. The proprietary, four-way fully differential R2R DAC is built with no less than 192 high-precision, film-thin resistors (48 per channel), resulting in 0.1% accuracy with 30ppm drift. Four Slovakian JJ Electronic E88CC tubes work with a dedicated ±28V power supply, providing a long 10,000 hours of usage life, reducing the need for repairs and updates to the tube portion of the DAC.
