Please kindly note that if the lens is scratched or damaged due to accidental drops, you can send it back for repair. We offer a fixed-price replacement plan of USD 25 per lens or USD 41 for dual lenses, with no additional repair service fees, ensuring you can resume use as soon as possible.
Please note that DJI Care Service does not cover lens replacement.

Can it record lossless audio separately as a wav file like the Osmo Action 5 and 6 can? thanks

Thank you for your question. Please see the details below regarding audio recording on Osmo 360.
When the “Built-in Audio Backup” feature is enabled on Osmo 360, the camera will generate a separate lossless .wav audio file while recording video. This is useful for professional audio post-production workflows.
Please note that this feature is not available in the following modes: Pre-Recording, Static Timelapse, and Motion Timelapse. In these modes, a separate .wav audio file will not be created.
