Solid backpack for travel

By Carlos

Finally took the pack out on travel to Iceland. Bag fits well under airplane seat. Easy access to key items. Well constructed. Plenty of pockets. Roll-top and side zipper access make getting to camera, lenses, other tools very easy. My 16" Macbook will fit but it's tight. iPad and Kindle fit perfectly.

2/3rds of a trinity daily bag

I bought the 21 L for days when I didn’t want to bring my full kit with me and only needed two or possibly three lenses. This bag does the job. It’s a good walk around, short (under three hour) hike bag. It’s not as comfortable as a hiking specific backpack, I need to make that clear, but it is a hardy bag that carries reasonably comfortably. It is a little short on my 6’ frame to make the waist belt useful and the lack of hiking straps, again close, make this not the best full on hiking bag. But for a general travel with camera bag, it is excellent. The bag can fit my A7R V with attached L-bracket, Sony 20–70, and a Tamron 50–400 with room for several filters, spare batteries and other trinkets just in the camera cube. It’s a tight squeeze, but that is this bag‘s purpose There’s no problem putting a tripod on the side or strapping it to the front. The quality seems great, but it’s still a relatively new purchase to me, and I haven’t fully put it through its paces. The attached photo show my usual set up and with two huge lenses (tamron 50-400 attached and a tamron 70-180 so you can see what it fully fits. There should be no issue swapping the 70-180 out for a 16-35 (which I plan to do this spring for my complete travel kit) or 24-70 and still have some space, or possibly including a small prime.

The WANDRD PRVKE Backpack v2 (Wasatch Green, 21L) is empty inside; it will not include the WANDRD Essential Camera Cube (which has dividers). If you want dividers for your equipment, you will need to order the WANDRD PRVKE v2 Photo Bundle version, which includes the camera cube with dividers: https://bhpho.to/32g2ktn.
