This scanner integrates seamlessly with your QuickBooks Online account, allowing you to batch scan receipts, invoices, and more. Once scanned, the scanner can use Canon's CaptureOnTouch software to automatically extract and upload useful information such as payee, amount, and date to your account. This built-in review software also enables the creation of searchable and editable keyword files, as well as document organization via the Optical Character Recognition feature.

Beyond its handy analysis features, the R40II Receipt Edition boasts the same stellar performance as the standard R40II counterpart. It features a resolution of 600 dpi and is capable of single-pass duplex scanning with speeds up to 90 ipm. The convenient automatic document feeder can hold up to 60 standard sheets, and can handle sheets up to 8.5 x 14" large. In long document mode, sheets as long as 240" are scannable. Connection to your computer is available via the USB-C port.
