Designed to be mounted directly on a DIN rail, the Dimmer DIN Rail Module from Insteon provides remotely controllable, customizable dimming like fade speeds for gently turning the lights on and off to best suit your needs, adjustable brightness levels, and ramp rates to multiple lights. This module supports latching, single-momentary, and dual-momentary mechanical switches while allowing local control via sense wiring.
Thanks to the 915 MHz wireless frequency, a hub, app, or Wi-Fi is not required for operation. However, for additional flexibility and functionality, the unit can be used with the HUB 2 Central Controller (available separately) and a Connected Home Access subscription to implement things like mobile app control to set schedules, create scenes, control the dimmer module, seamless voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and control of other devices across the Insteon ecosystem.
