Designed to replace a standard wall switch, the Insteon i3 Dial Rotary Smart Dimmer Switch enables rotary dial control for precise dimming of your lights. Features include fade speeds for gently turning the lights on and off to best suit your needs, programmable brightness levels, and support for non-dimmable lighting and on/off devices such as fountains and fans.
Thanks to the 915 MHz wireless frequency, a hub, app, or Wi-Fi is not required for operation. However, for additional flexibility and functionality, the unit can be used with the HUB 2 Central Controller (available separately) and a Connected Home Access subscription to implement things like mobile app control to set schedules, create scenes, control the switch, seamless voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and control of other devices across the Insteon ecosystem. A neutral wire is required for installation.
