The Audix Novacore NCR2 is a professional dual-channel digital wireless receiver engineered for demanding RF environments where reliable performance, exceptional audio quality, and flexible system integration are essential. Built on the Novacore AES-256 encrypted UHF digital wireless platform, the NCR2 packs clear, intelligible audio, minimal latency, and easy scalability into a rugged metal chassis—making it well suited for houses of worship, corporate facilities, government installations, and large-scale live productions.
Advanced Digital Wireless Performance
Powered by Novacore's sophisticated digital architecture, the NCR2 delivers professional-quality sound reproduction with less than 3 ms of latency while maximizing spectral efficiency for higher channel counts in increasingly crowded RF environments. Its dependable wireless stability provides consistent performance for everything from spoken-word presentations to demanding live sound applications. Compatible Novacore NCHH handheld or NCBP bodypack transmitters (available separately) pair quickly using one-touch IR synchronization for fast, reliable setup. The system is engineered to deliver uncolored, high-fidelity sound with a wide 110 dB dynamic range and flat frequency response.
Flexible Dante and Analog Connectivity
The NCR2 provides both balanced XLR analog and Dante digital outputs, making it easy to integrate with traditional audio systems or modern networked audio installations. Dante connectivity allows multiple receiver channels to be routed over a single Ethernet cable to Dante-enabled mixers and peripherals, reducing cabling while simplifying system expansion. Novacore allows for up to 24 total systems per band, while support for AES67-compliant devices further enhances compatibility with a wide range of networked audio systems. AUDIX Frequency Coordination software provides comprehensive monitoring and management. Connectivity is simplified through an RJ11 daisy chain, eliminating the need for a separate network switch.
