Broadcast-Quality Video Capture and Playback
Get simultaneous broadcast-quality video capture and playback with the UltraStudio Mini Replay 12G from Blackmagic Design. This unit uses an ultrafast Thunderbolt 4 interface to support high video resolutions, deep color-bit depths, and formats like 4:2:2, and 4:4:4. It even supports real-time alpha channel conversion to 10-bit 12G-SDI fill and key outputs. It works with almost all video software thanks to its DeckLink API.
Simultaneous Capture and Playback
The UltraStudio Mini Replay 12G uses the same software as Blackmagic Design DeckLink capture cards. The driver supports simultaneous, real-time bidirectional video transfer to and from your computer with extremely low latency. This enables you to capture image data in your computer via the SDI input while sending image data from the computer out via the SDI outputs.
10-Bit Video
Designed to support the highest quality video, the UltraStudio Mini Replay 12G supports 10-bit, uncompressed video, the most commonly used television broadcast standard.
DaVinci Resolve Features
- Editing and replay features include the ability to play alpha-channel video files as a 10-bit SDI fill and key for broadcast graphics.
- The multi-source viewer enables visual media browsing, displaying any clips matching in time in a multi-view.
- On-air controls provide single-button, automated playout to air and an automatic stinger function.

The bidirectional, ultrafast Thunderbolt 4 interface enables the UltraStudio Mini Replay 12G to capture, process, and output video in real time. This lets you use your computer as a real-time graphics or AI processor.
