Designed for videographers and content creators in studio or on location, the Ridley Carbon Fiber Leveling Base Tripod from 3 Legged Thing provides variable leg angles for working at a range of heights between 5.9 and 60.8". The 3-section legs with twist locks are made with 8-layer premium carbon fiber tubing and aerospace-grade magnesium alloy for stability and travel ease. All three of the legs have independent leg spread to achieve optimal filming angles and can be detached and used as monopods or booms, or replaced with 3 Legged Thing's Vanz footwear to create a tabletop tripod.
Detachable Legs / Monopod Conversion
The three tripod legs are all detachable and can convert to monopods or boom arms, providing added versatility when working on the move. Alternatively, the legs can detach to create a tabletop tripod for low angle framing or for situations where a full tripod isn't practical.
Mounting Options
The built-in leveling base has a 1/4"-20 thread for directly mounting a camera. A 3/8"-16 adapter is also supplied for connecting a tripod head or clamp.
