The Participant Application functions as an extension of the conference devices to control critical features, such as speaking requests and voting, and to access multimedia content. The meeting manager can prepare and manage meetings effectively by using the DICENTIS Software Suite. The professional plan subscription includes the base subscription, with a software maintenance agreement.
The subscription can be extended by ordering additional licenses, with the flexibility of add-on services like Hybrid meetings. By default, the professional subscription comes with a license for a one-participant hybrid add on. A system with this license setup allows for one participant to join remotely. Additional hybrid add-on licenses are available for purchase.
