The Sonos Beam Ultra Soundbar is a compact, low-profile soundbar that delivers 7.1.2 Dolby Atmos virtual surround sound. An improved acoustic architecture delivers better bass response, while presenting a wider soundstage and clearer separation than previous Beam models. The Beam Ultra features nine separately amplified drivers, including dedicated upfiring channels, positioned to immerse you in sound from every direction.
7.1.2 Dolby Atmos Surround Sound
The Sonos Beam Ultra includes nine drivers, four more than Beam Gen 2, powered by nine class-D digital amplifiers tuned to the soundbar's acoustic architecture. Four low-profile woofers deliver powerful bass, and five tweeters faithfully reproduce high and midrange frequencies. The forward-firing mid tweeter provides a smooth center image, two side-firing horn-loaded mid tweeters create stereo separation, and two upward-firing tweeters loaded into a directional horn support spatial audio with Dolby Atmos.

With the Sonos app and Beam Ultra's built-in microphones, you unlock Trueplay EQ technology. Trueplay reads your room's acoustics and tunes Beam Ultra accordingly.
