The NASync DXP6800 Ultra 6-Bay NAS Enclosure from UGREEN is a local, powerful, and practical data solution for small- and medium-sized businesses. It is well suited for creators, advanced users, and small teams who need high performance and expandability while working with large media files, running Docker or virtual machines, or requiring fast access via 10GbE or Thunderbolt 4. Driven by an Intel Core 5 120U 10-Core processor, it is equipped with six 3.5/2.5" SATA III drive bays, plus two NVMe PCIe M.2 slots, which may be used for caching or storage. Rounding things out is 8GB of 4800 MHz DDR5 RAM, which may be upgraded to 96GB, and a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot for system expansion.
The DXP6800 Ultra has two 10GbE RJ45 ports for network connectivity. Peripherals may be added using two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, two 480 Mb/s USB-A 2.0 ports, one HDMI port that outputs 8K/60 Hz video, and one UHS-II SD card slot. Also supported is RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, each of which provides performance gains, data redundancy, or a combination of both. If you don't need a RAID, JBOD, and Basic are available. Operations are kept cool and clean using an aluminum alloy chassis, a smart cooling fan, and a magnetic dust mesh filter. The DXP6800 Ultra runs using the UGOS Pro operating system.
